1) Do you do delivery?
Ans : Yes, we do, both locally and worldwide. |
2) What are the types of flowers available?
Ans : The common flowers are roses, carnations, lilies, gerberas,
chrysanthemums, orchids, local authuriums, tulips etc. Seasonal
flowers from Australia, Holland, India, China etc are also available. |
3) How much is a Hand Bouquet or a Floral Arrangement?
Ans : Generally, the standard price for local delivery of a Hand Bouquet, Floral Arrangement or Wreath starts from S$60.00 and above. |
4) How much does it cost to send a dozen roses in Singapore?
Ans : Standard price is S$60.00 and above (depending on wrappings & decorations). |
5) How do I pay for my order?
Ans : You can pay us through your Credit Card via telephone or cash in advance at one of our outlets. Or you can open a corporate account with us. For online shopping, payment can be made by Credit Card through WorldPay. |
6) What information do you need to process my order?
Ans : We need particulars of the recipient, such as the complete address and telephone number. |
7) Can I include a short message?
Ans : Yes, you can but try not to exceed 30 words. In case you need help, we can also provide you with messages for the different occasions. |
8) How many days advance notice do I have to give to place an order?
Ans : In order to secure a timely delivery, it's best that you
place your order early, as soon as you have made a firm decision.
However, we do accept urgent last minute order if it is placed.before
the cut-off time. But if you need some specific imported flowers
or when you want the delivery in the morning, we would prefer
that you give us at least 1 day's advance notice. We also welcome
advance notice on festive periods. |
9) What time can you send the flowers?
Ans : It depends on the time that you place the order and the location or you can ask for "AM" or "PM" delivery. |
10) What is the cut-off time for same day delivery in Singapore?
Ans : The cut-off time for same day delivery in Singapore is 5pm (local time). |
11) How much does it cost to send flowers to overseas?
Ans : It depends on the country of destination and the type of arrangement required (e.g. a hand bouquet, floral arrangement, wreath, etc.) Do call us at 64422 155 / 63440 811 for a competitive rate. |
12) Do I need to give an advance notice for overseas delivery?
Ans : It is advisable to give 1 or 2 days in advance and perhaps 3 - 5 days' notice for peak periods (e.g. Christmas) especially for orders to Western European countries. For urgent delivery to neighbouring countries, you can give us a call at 64422 155 / 6344 0811 for advice. |
13) Can I pick up the order myself?
Ans : Yes, you can self-collect your arrangement at our following outlets :

14) Do you make delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays?
Ans : Yes. 1 day's notice should be given for local delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays. |
15) What other services do you provide?
Ans : We also do church / restaurant decorations for weddings, wedding car decorations, bridal bouquets, corsages, garlands, rental of potted plants for office /events, funeral blankets, scrolls and congratulatory banners. In addition, we provide free professional advice and consultancy for landscaping and garden maintenance services.
On top of these, we can also work according to your budget, e.g. small centrepieces / arrangements for functions, etc. Or you may simply want to take away an arrangement for your own home.
